Description

Log every proposal or estimate you send to a prospective client, then watch it move toward a decision - Awaiting, Accepted, Declined or No reply - on a Dashboard built around a single branching outcome funnel: one band for everything sent, narrowing into four chutes sized to how many proposals landed in each outcome.

Deliberately thin. This is not a competitive-bid pipeline or document authoring tool - if you're bidding competitively on construction tenders, Tender & Bid Management is the right tool. It is not a quote-chasing urgency queue either - Quote Follow-Up Reminder already does that job for quotes you've sent. Proposal Tracker is a lighter, single-proposal tool for service businesses and consultants who just need to know what's still open, what landed, and what's gone quiet.

No win rate, no conversion percentage, no analytics dashboard - just counts and value totals for each status, and a stale flag on any proposal that's been awaiting a response longer than your own configured threshold.

What it does:

A branching outcome funnel - one band for every proposal sent, narrowing into four chutes (Awaiting, Accepted, Declined, No reply) sized to their share of the total
Stale flagging on awaiting proposals past a threshold you set
Full proposal list - searchable by client, title or notes, sortable on any column, filterable by status
Stat strip: awaiting count, stale count, accepted value, awaiting value
CSV export of the full list
Six currencies (GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NZD)
Light/dark theme with sample data to try it before entering your own
