StationLog is a records system for a small volunteer fire or EMS department, entirely on this PC - not priced for a city department.

THE INCIDENT REPORT IS A TIMELINE FIRST

Dispatched, en route, arrived, cleared - the four key times sit on a horizontal timeline with turnout, travel, on-scene and total time computed live as you enter them. Every time is a real, absolute instant, so the math holds up whether a run crosses midnight or a daylight-saving transition.

CHECKS ARE MADE FOR A TRUCK BAY

Apparatus and equipment checks are kiosk-style: large targets, high contrast, a red "Deficient" button per item that opens a sheet for the note - and that is the only way a work item is ever created, tracked until it is closed.

COMPLIANCE, ANSWERED ON ONE SCREEN

A member-by-category training grid - green where hours are met, amber approaching, red short - against whatever annual requirements your department configures.

HYDRANTS AND PRE-PLANS

A hydrant list with flow-test history, and pre-plan records per address with hazards and contacts.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

One database file on your PC. Rolling backups are automatic, and a dated .zip export is one click. StationLog makes no network requests of any kind - no telemetry, no analytics, no update check. It works with the network switched off.

That covers the full roster with certifications and training hours, structured incident reports, apparatus/equipment checks with deficiency tracking, hydrants and pre-plans, and run-statistics/compliance/equipment reports.
