全新 Zip your code, not its dependencies. CodeZipper scans a project or monorepo, leaves out node_modules, bin, obj, .venv, target and other build output automatically, shows you every file it will include, and creates ZIP, TAR.GZ, TAR.ZST or RAR archives in seconds.
Sending a project to a colleague, a client or an AI assistant shouldn’t mean shipping 2 GB of node_modules. CodeZipper archives just your source code.

Open a folder and CodeZipper reads every .gitignore, recognizes 40+ project types and applies the right rules in each sub-project of a monorepo: node_modules and .next for JavaScript, bin and obj for .NET, .venv and __pycache__ for Python, target for Rust and Java, build folders for Flutter, Swift, Go, C/C++, Unity and more.
**Shows you everything first**
A live file tree fills in as the scan runs. Excluded files are red, files worth a second look (like .env) are amber, and every exclusion explains the rule behind it. Filter by All, Included or Excluded, tick or untick anything, and see the archive size update instantly.

Back up writes a timestamped archive to your backup folder. With the Cloud Backup add-on it also uploads to Amazon S3, S3-compatible storage (Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, MinIO) or Azure Blob Storage. Keys stay on your PC in the Windows Credential Locker.

With AI Export, save or copy the selected code as a single Markdown or XML file with a token count for 128K, 200K and 1M context windows.
**Secrets stay private**
Before you share, CodeZipper checks for API keys, tokens, private keys and passwords. The Security add-on shows each finding, redacts it in the archive (your files aren’t changed) and adds AES-256 password protection for ZIP and RAR.
