KanbanCode
جديد  KanbanCode is a local-first desktop app that turns multiple AI coding agents into a coordinated development team.

Instead of asking one AI assistant to do everything, KanbanCode lets you work with a Lead agent that understands your request, breaks it into actionable tasks, assigns work to specialized agents, and tracks progress on a Kanban board.

Talk to the Lead agent in plain language. Describe what you want to build, fix, refactor, test, or optimize. The Lead can turn that request into a structured workflow, delegate tasks to agents with different roles, and help you follow the work step by step.

KanbanCode is built for developers who need more than a single chat window. It is designed for complex coding work such as refactoring, performance optimization, test coverage, feature development, architecture planning, debugging, and multi-step implementation tasks.

With KanbanCode, your AI workflow becomes visible. Tasks are organized across Todo, In Progress, and Done columns, so you can see what is being planned, what is being worked on, and what has already been completed.

You can create teams with different AI roles such as Lead, Developer, QA Agent, Reviewer, Tools Agent, Architect, or any role that fits your project. Each agent can be assigned to the work it is best suited for.

KanbanCode supports multiple AI providers and model workflows, including GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, OpenCode-compatible workflows, and many other supported models, depending on your configuration. You can combine different models in one workspace and use them according to role, cost, speed, or capability.

The app runs locally on your computer. There is no remote KanbanCode cloud server that stores your projects. Your workspace, orchestration flow, and app experience are local-first. AI model requests are handled through the providers and API keys you configure.

KanbanCode is also open source. Developers can inspect the code, fork the project, contribute improvements, or adapt the workflow to their own needs.

Whether you are an indie developer, solo founder, student, freelancer, or small team, KanbanCode helps you manage AI-assisted coding as a structured process instead of a chaotic collection of prompts.
