説明
By default, Windows sandboxed applications (such as UWP apps) are blocked from accessing network traffic on the local machine. This prevents developers from using debugging tools like Fiddler or Charles to capture network traffic and also stops apps from connecting to local development servers.
This tool leverages the native Windows Network Isolation API and provides an intuitive graphical interface that allows you to easily enable or disable loopback exemptions for each application—no need to memorize command‑line instructions. It supports search, sorting, and batch operations, making your debugging workflow more efficient.
