描述
Nothing runs without approval. Every script is shown in plain language and as full code first, each script runs in its own worker, and Stop ends it immediately. The review gate can be switched off for a specific chat.
KEY CAPABILITIES
- Generates Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes from plain-language requests
- Keeps every client instance in one workspace, each with its own context and credentials
- Provides live access to instances: browsing tables, inspecting records and running queries
- Connects agents, scripts, decisions and approvals into reusable workflows on the harness canvas
- Lets agents pause for approval or ask questions mid-run
- Accepts CSV, PDF and Excel attachments (up to 512 MB) and writes transformation or import scripts for review
- Works with SSO/MFA-only instances through an authenticated browser session
- Requires nothing on the instance: no plugins, add-ons, update sets or platform upgrade
Multiple instances, file attachments and the harness canvas are included in paid plans and the trial.
PRIVACY
- ServiceNow credentials never leave the user's computer.
- Calls to the instance go straight from the user's machine, with no SNcode server in between.
- Attached files are read locally, and run history stays on the device.
GOOD TO KNOW
AI-generated code can contain mistakes. Approved scripts run with the permissions of the connected account, so SNcode recommends a least-privilege account and testing changes on a sub-production instance first.
