Description
your posture, breaks up eye strain, keeps you hydrated, and checks in on your mood —
automatically, silently, and 100% on your own device.
THE PROBLEM
Slouching, skipped water breaks, and hours-long screen sessions wear you down so
gradually you never notice — until your back, eyes, or focus already do.
HOW IT WORKS
SitStraight watches your posture through your own webcam (But Data never leaves your Machine), calibrated to your body, and
reminds you the moment you drift — not after the damage is done. Everything runs
locally: no video is ever recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. There is no cloud
component in the app that could see your camera feed, even in principle.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Real-time posture monitoring, calibrated to your own body — not a generic angle
• Four automatic wellness reminders: posture, eye breaks (20-20-20 rule), water sips,
and mood check-ins
• Meeting-safe by design — goes silent automatically when your camera is in a call
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reports with a PDF export
• Built-in challenges (posture streaks, desk-job back pain relief, no-dopamine, and
more) plus custom ones you create
• Personal to-do reminders, separate from the automatic wellness nudges
• Five guided breathing exercises for a sixty-second reset between meetings
• Erase your history anytime, in two confirmed clicks
PRIVACY, BUILT IN — NOT BOLTED ON
No photo or video frame is ever captured, recorded, or saved, at any point. What's
stored is a handful of numbers per check (an angle, a score, a timestamp) — months of
daily use runs in the tens to low hundreds of KB. Your wellness history stays on your
device; we don't collect it and can't see it.
