Description
UniFlex combines a movement library, custom routine builder, guided hold timer, side-aware practice flow, mobility goals, session history, progress snapshots, consistency tracking, and local routine planning in one dedicated application. This gives UniFlex a clear identity centered on flexibility and mobility rather than generic fitness tracking.
OFFLINE BY DESIGN
UniFlex is designed to work locally on the device. No login, signup, membership, online profile, cloud account, or social connection is required. Core UniFlex features remain available offline, making the app useful at home, in the gym, while traveling, or anywhere an internet connection is unavailable.
UniFlex does not gather or access personal information such as your identity, contacts, location, photos, videos, messages, account credentials, or social profile information. UniFlex does not require GPS, camera, microphone, photo-library access, or contact access. Routine data, exercise preferences, timer history, mobility notes, goals, and progress records created inside UniFlex are processed and stored locally on the device. UniFlex does not transmit this information to a developer-controlled cloud service.
MOBILITY AND STRETCH LIBRARY
UniFlex includes a dedicated library for flexibility, stretching, and mobility practice. Movements can be organized by body region and purpose so users can quickly find exercises that fit the type of practice they want to perform.
Library areas can include neck mobility, shoulder stretches, upper-back and thoracic movement, hip mobility, hamstring stretching, quadriceps stretching, calf mobility, ankle mobility, wrist and forearm mobility, and full-body movement routines. UniFlex can distinguish between static stretching, controlled mobility, and gentle dynamic movement.
Each movement can include a clear name, target region, difficulty level, suggested hold duration or repetition range, side information, equipment requirements, instructions, reminders, tags, and optional personal notes. Users can mark favorites and use search and filters to find relevant entries.
CUSTOM MOVEMENTS
UniFlex allows users to create their own mobility or stretching entries. A custom movement can include a title, body region, movement type, hold duration, repetitions, equipment, side behavior, instructions, tags, and notes. Custom entries remain clearly separated from built-in UniFlex content.
ROUTINE BUILDER
The UniFlex Routine Builder lets users combine movements into reusable mobility sessions. Users can create routines such as a 5-minute morning reset, 10-minute lower-body mobility session, 15-minute full-body flexibility routine, desk-break stretch sequence, pre-training mobility session, post-training stretching routine, hip-focused practice, shoulder mobility session, ankle routine, or any custom sequence.
A routine can contain movement steps, timed holds, repetitions, rest periods, side changes, and repeated sections. Users can add, remove, duplicate, edit, and reorder steps before saving the routine. UniFlex keeps routine creation focused on mobility rather than generic strength-training features.
GUIDED HOLD TIMER
UniFlex includes a guided timer designed specifically for stretching and mobility sessions. It can handle preparation time, active holds, movement intervals, left-side and right-side phases, rest periods, repeated sets, next-movement transitions, and routine countdowns.
During a session, UniFlex can display the current movement, remaining time, active side, current step, total steps, and next movement. Users can pause, resume, skip, repeat, extend a hold, or end a session. This makes the UniFlex timer part of a structured mobility workflow rather than a simple stopwatch.
SIDE-AWARE PRACTICE
Many flexibility movements are performed separately on the left and right sides. UniFlex supports side-aware routine steps and can record separate observations for each side when users choose to do so. Users may record a different hold duration, ease rating, or note for each side. UniFlex presents these as personal observations and does not diagnose injury, dysfunction, imbalance, or any medical condition.
BEFORE AND AFTER CHECK-INS
UniFlex supports optional self-reported check-ins before and after mobility sessions. Users may record movement ease, stiffness feeling, target areas, or a short note. These check-ins help users compare how a session felt before and after practice. UniFlex treats the information as personal fitness notes only, not medical assessments.
MOBILITY PROGRESS SNAPSHOTS
UniFlex allows users to create periodic progress snapshots for selected mobility movements or personal observations. A user might record a toe-touch ease score, shoulder-reach observation, ankle-mobility note, hip-rotation rating, or preferred hold duration. Later UniFlex snapshots can be reviewed alongside earlier entries to show how personal practice records have changed over time.
MOBILITY COMPASS
The UniFlex Mobility Compass provides a visual summary of recorded mobility practice. It can combine practice-related dimensions such as range-focused activity, controlled mobility practice, side-aware tracking, and consistency.
The Mobility Compass is based on information recorded inside UniFlex and is intended as a practice summary, not a health or medical score. UniFlex can explain how values are calculated so the feature remains transparent.
BODY REGION PRACTICE BALANCE
UniFlex can summarize how often different body regions have been included in completed sessions. Users can review recent practice for hips, shoulders, ankles, hamstrings, spine, calves, wrists, and other supported regions.
The purpose is to show where practice time has been spent. UniFlex uses neutral language such as “less practiced recently” instead of making medical judgments.
SMART MIX ROUTINE GENERATOR
UniFlex can create an editable mobility routine locally based on selected preferences. Users can choose a target session length, focus area, difficulty, and available equipment. UniFlex then selects appropriate movements from the local library and creates a sequence that fits the selected duration.
Smart Mix works with local rules and does not require an online AI service. Users can edit, replace, reorder, or remove any suggested movement before starting the routine.
MOBILITY GOALS
UniFlex includes goal tools for mobility practice. Users can create goals such as completing a certain number of mobility sessions per week, reaching a weekly practice-minute target, completing a selected routine multiple times, finishing a mobility path, or reaching a personally chosen hold-duration target.
UniFlex goals are created and tracked locally.
DAILY AND WEEKLY PRACTICE
The UniFlex home experience can highlight today’s selected routine, quick mobility options, recent sessions, current goals, and weekly consistency.
Weekly summaries can show completed sessions, total mobility minutes, body regions practiced, and current consistency progress.
CONSISTENCY CALENDAR AND HEATMAP
UniFlex can provide a calendar and heatmap view for completed mobility sessions. Users can see which days contained recorded practice and review previous sessions.
The heatmap can summarize mobility minutes or completed sessions across recent weeks or months.
SESSION HISTORY
Completed sessions can be saved to UniFlex history. A session record may include the routine name, start and completion time, planned duration, actual duration, completed steps, skipped steps, body regions, optional check-in values, and personal notes.
Users can filter UniFlex history by date range, routine, or body region and open individual sessions for more detail. Movement-specific history can also show when a selected stretch or mobility exercise was practiced previously.
MOBILITY PATHS
UniFlex can include structured mobility paths for users who prefer a guided series of routines. Examples may include a 7-day desk reset, 14-day morning mobility plan, 21-day hip focus, shoulder mobility plan, ankle and calf focus, or a 30-day mobility consistency path.
Users can start, pause, resume, restart, or customize a path.
LOCAL BACKUP AND RESTORE
Where supported by the platform, UniFlex can let users create a local backup containing app-created records such as routines, custom movements, session history, goals, snapshots, settings, and mobility-path progress.
The user explicitly chooses when to create or restore a backup. UniFlex does not automatically upload backups to a cloud account.
PRIVACY-FIRST EXPERIENCE
UniFlex does not require account registration. UniFlex does not gather or access personal identity information, contacts, GPS location, photos, videos, messages, microphone data, or external account information. The application does not rely on advertising-based tracking or cloud synchronization for its core features.
Information intentionally entered into UniFlex, such as custom routine names, practice notes, goals, or session records, is used only to provide the requested local app features and remains stored on the device unless the user deliberately exports a backup.
GENERAL FITNESS USE
UniFlex is intended for general fitness organization, stretching practice, mobility planning, and personal self-tracking. UniFlex does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure medical conditions and does not provide personalized medical or rehabilitation advice.
