FREE TRIAL AND ADBE MAX
ADBE ToolHub includes a 24-hour free trial. The trial can be activated only once per eligible Google Account and once per Windows computer, with access limited to one PC. It does not require payment information, create a charge, or automatically convert into a paid plan.
An internet connection is required to sign in and validate the license. When the trial ends, protected modules are locked. Files already exported remain available on the user's device.
After the trial, users can subscribe to ADBE MAX with recurring billing periods of one, three, or six months. In the offer published for this version, prices range from BRL 49.90 to BRL 254.49 per billing cycle, depending on the selected period and discount. Each plan renews automatically at the purchased interval until canceled. Cancellation prevents future charges and preserves access through the end of the paid period.
One ADBE MAX subscription unlocks ADBE ToolHub and the included ADBE Automation Hub benefits for the same account. Prices, discounts, renewal interval, and next billing date are shown before confirmation.
PAYMENTS AND ADBE CREDITS
ADBE MAX subscriptions and ADBE Credit packages are purchased outside Microsoft Store through secure Stripe Checkout. Microsoft does not process these transactions. To associate a purchase correctly, the billing email must match the Google Account used in ADBE ToolHub.
ADBE Credits are digital units used by ADBE-managed artificial intelligence features. This version offers packages of 1,000, 3,000, and 5,000 credits, priced from BRL 9.90 to BRL 44.55. Credits are personal and non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash, and do not replace an ADBE ToolHub license. Balance, processing credits, and history are available in Account Center.
In Metadata Builder, each successfully completed metadata result uses one credit. Confirmed technical failures do not consume a credit. Any applicable cost is shown before processing in supported features.
GENERATIVE AI AND CREDENTIALS
Metadata Builder, Prompt Builder, and other supported features use live generative AI. The provider and model used by the ADBE Engine are selected by the administrator and may use OpenAI or Google Gemini.
Users do not need to enter their own API keys. Provider credentials are kept on the server with rotation managed by ADBE and are never displayed to end users. In managed features, the content required to perform a request may be sent to the ADBE service and the active AI provider. Some features continue to be processed locally on the computer.
Generative AI results may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication or professional use. Inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or technically problematic output can be reported through the ADBE ToolHub support channel.
USAGE CONTROL AND PRIVACY
The system records information required for authentication, licensing, credit consumption, duplicate-charge prevention, security, diagnostics, and auditing. Consumption records do not store the full text of prompts or generated images.
The administrator can select the AI provider and model, manage key rotation, adjust credits, send announcements, and apply or remove operational blocks. Users can review their balance, payments, devices, and history in Account Center.
The Refer and earn program lets users track a code, points, and rewards while it is active. The program starts paused in this submission. While paused, new referrals, link sharing, and point awards are unavailable; existing codes, points, and history remain preserved.
