描述
It is a timer application for training which can set the cycle which informs the working time. For example, if you set breakpoints of actions to be performed by fitness training, you can concentrate on training as it automatically counts.
In this application, the cycle of TABATA training is initialized and this setting can be used immediately. Of course, you can also create a training menu that suits yourself.
In addition, it is possible to customize the effect that can be set so that it can go smoothly to the next action audibly and visually.
Please use it for making a healthy body.

In the trial version, the advertisement bar is displayed at the top of the application screen, but in other respects the same function as purchased version can be used.

【List page】: This page is for displaying the set (training menu) you created. Select the set and choose the next action command from the popup menu.
【Setting page of set】 This is the page displayed when the action command "+" (new addition) or "pen" (edit) is executed on the list page.
Here you can create and modify sets.
【Execution page of set】: This page is displayed when "▶" of action command is executed after selecting one set of list page. Here, you can implement the selected training menu.
【General setting page】: This page is displayed when executing the "gear" of the action command from the list page. In this case, you can set "Countdown before set execution", "Change background of list page", "UI language".

【2 files】: Create a copy of the selected set.
[Trash]: Deletes the selected set.
【2 side-by-side squares】: It is a switch that sets whether or not to display the navigation list which displays the next action when executing training on the execution page of the set.
【Speaker】: Sets the sound effect of the set execution page to the On or Off state.
【Progress】: Sets or hides the current degree of progress during training on the set execution page.
【Two overlapping squares】: Set the background color and text color to enable or disable at training execution on the set execution page.
★ About the set that can be created
· Set the name of the set (mandatory).
· Maximum number of repetitions of the set is 100.
· You can set the update time at set execution between 1 millisecond and 500 milliseconds.
Caution, if the update time is shortened, the accuracy will increase but the CPU load will be correspondingly larger.
Therefore, battery consumption may be accelerated.
· Tasks created in the set can be rearranged, copied, or deleted in order.
· The number of tasks included in the set is limited to 100.
★ About tasks that can be created
· Set the name of the task (mandatory).
· Set the task length (1 second or more).
· Maximum number of tasks to execute is 400.
· The theme color of the task can be set in two ways, background color and text color.
· Set the sound effect that sounds at the start of the task.
· You can set the number of repetitions of sound effect to 3 as the maximum limit.
