The workout timer trusted by athletes, coaches and gym-goers since 2013. Repeat is built for one thing: keeping you moving through every round, set and interval of your training.

Whether you're grinding through Tabata sprints, HIIT circuits, EMOM workouts, AMRAP rounds, boxing intervals, CrossFit WODs or simple rest-work cycles - Repeat handles the timing so you can focus on the effort.

–– Built for every workout style:
• Tabata — 20s work / 10s rest, 8 rounds. Set it once, go.
• HIIT — custom work and rest intervals with unlimited repeats
• EMOM — every minute on the minute, as many rounds as you need
• Circuit training — chain multiple exercises with timed stations
• Boxing / MMA — round timers with rest between rounds
• CrossFit — AMRAPs, intervals and timed WODs
• Yoga & stretching — hold timers with gentle alerts
• Running — walk/run intervals for couch-to-5K and beyond

Set your work time, rest time, number of rounds and press Start. Name your timers to keep them organized. That's it.

–– Keeps going when you put your phone down:
Runs in the background with audio and notification alerts. Lock your screen, switch apps, put your phone in your pocket — Repeat will tell you when to move and when to rest.

–– Audible countdown:
Hear "3, 2, 1" before each phase transition so you're always ready for what's next. Configurable from 3 to 10 seconds.

–– Fullscreen landscape mode:
Prop your phone on the gym floor and see a giant countdown from across the room. Phase colors change so you know work from rest at a glance.
