Sample Editor and Sample Slicer completely rewritten
Android Oboe Low Latency is Default Audio Engine

Improvements:

The "Do It" save button now guides you to select a folder first if one isn't set, instead of being greyed out.
The Erase Pad dialog now scrolls properly on smaller screens.
Insert Bars now shows how many bars will be added when "Insert At End" is selected.
Buffer settings now automatically show the correct options based on your audio engine (Oboe or OpenSL ES).
