Begin meditation with our Pure 1 Meditation Program and learn the basics of meditation in 7 sessions. You will find exercises from sophrology based on breathing.
If you want to learn more, you can choose to continue and have access to dozens of hours of original meditations.
To sum up, Namatata is:

You will also find positive psychology exercises to let go and develop emotions such as gratitude, caring and compassion.
In the world, mindfulness meditation is booming thanks to Deepak Choprah, Oprah Winfrey and Jon Kabat-Zinn. Inspired by the MBSR and MBCT program, the power of the present moment makes it possible to manage :

These exercises, some of which are taken from sophro (sophrology), will help you sleep or help you be positive.
