SUMMARY TAB
• Personalize the Summary tab in the Fitness app to see what matters to you including your Activity and workout details, Awards, and more.
• Set goals and check your progress.
• See estimated active calories toward your move goal with the Move ring.
• Customize your rings by the day of the week or pause them for a rest day or more.
• See data from each workout, like pace, route map, and more.

With Apple Watch
• See total exercise minutes toward your Exercise ring and stand hours toward your Stand ring.
• Review your training load which uses the intensity and duration of your workouts to help you understand the impact of your training over time.

WORKOUT TAB
• Track workouts and see metrics like pace, distance, and more, and see heart rate and calories burned when using a heart rate monitor.
• Stay motivated with music and Workout Buddy. Using Apple Intelligence from your iPhone, Workout Buddy provides audio encouragement in real time based on your current workout and fitness history.
