Description
Nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm dịch vụ cũng như tạo sự thuận tiện trong việc quản lý của Quý Đối tác, Công ty Cổ phần Giải pháp Thanh toán Việt Nam (VNPAY) xin trân trọng thông báo: Kể từ ngày 05/04/2023, ứng dụng VNPAY Merchant sẽ có thêm các tiện ích nổi bật bao gồm:
1. Quản lý công nợ:
Quý Đối tác có thể xem thông tin, quản lý và sử dụng công nợ (là số tiền VNPAY có nghĩa vụ thanh toán cho Quý Đối tác và các ưu đãi/khuyến mại mà Quý Đối tác được hưởng). Các quyền bao gồm:
1.1 Cấp, thay đổi quyền sử dụng liên quan đến công nợ của (các) tài khoản đăng nhập và Công cụ quản lý giao dịch khác
1.2 Quản lý, sử dụng công nợ:
- Rút tiền thanh toán VNPAY-QR, VNPAY POS về tài khoản Ví VNPAY, tài khoản Ngân hàng trong ngày T0
- Sử dụng số dư công nợ để mua dịch vụ tiện ích trên ứng dụng VNPAY Merchant
- Các quyền khác liên quan đến công nợ được VNPAY cung cấp trên Công cụ quản lý giao dịch trong từng thời kỳ.
2. Dịch vụ Tiện ích:
Là dịch vụ cho phép Quý Đối tác dùng chính số dư khả dụng tại ứng dụng để mua và thanh toán dịch vụ cho chính mình hoặc cho khách hàng khác với nhiều ưu đãi hấp dẫn.
Các dịch vụ tiện ích bao gồm:
2.1 Thanh toán hóa đơn dịch vụ tiện ích sinh hoạt: điện, nước, truyền hình cáp, internet,…
- Mua thẻ điện thoại, nạp tiền trực tiếp vào tài khoản điện thoại
- Mua, thanh toán các giao dịch/dịch vụ khác, như: vé máy bay, vé xe, vé tàu, vé sử dụng dịch vụ các khu vui chơi giải trí v.v.
- Đặt phòng khách sạn
- Gọi và thanh toán tiền taxi
- Đặt hoa
- Và nhiều dịch vụ hấp dẫn khác
3. Chương trình Điểm thưởng VNPAY:
- Điểm thưởng VNPAY là chương trình khách hàng thân thiết dành để tri ân các đối tác đang sử dụng giải pháp thanh toán của VNPAY.
- Theo đó, các đối tác tham gia chương trình sẽ được tích điểm thưởng để đổi thành những phần quà thiết thực và hấp dẫn trên ứng dụng VNPAY Merchant.

4. Cách thức đăng ký
Quý Đối tác đã cài đặt ứng dụng trước đó sẽ được tự động được cập nhật phiên bản mới. Với khách hàng mới của VNPAY, Quý Đối tác có thể tải ứng dụng VNPAY Merchant tại chợ ứng dụng App Store hoặc Google Play.

5. Lưu ý:
