[Description of auto-renewing subscriptions]
1. Instructions for continuous monthly subscription
--Subscription period: 1 month
- Subscription price: 1 yuan for the first month, 15 yuan per month thereafter
2. Instructions for subscribing and unsubscribing
--Payment: Debit through the user's iTunes account, and the user will pay immediately after confirming the purchase
--Renewal: Apple’s iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours of expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period
--Unsubscribe method
Solution 1. Open the Appstore on your phone, click the blue avatar icon in the upper right corner, and then go to "Subscription"> "Huawei Sports Health" to cancel the subscription.
Solution 2: 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription period, go to the iTunes/Apple ID "Settings Management" page and turn off the automatic renewal. Cancellation within 24 hours before expiration will result in a subscription fee.

If you’re an iPhone user, I would seriously think twice about getting a Huawei smartwatch. I just got the GT 3 Pro Titanium. I love this watch. Looks great. And for the basic uses, like getting text messages, notifications from other third party apps on my iPhone, tracking my steps, heart rate, oxygen, sleep, and my workouts (like many other cheaper smartwatches out there), it does it pretty well. But that’s where it stops. Any other advanced features, like GPS navigation, and accessing the App Gallery (Huawei’s App Store) so you can install apps on the watch, you can forget about it. You need an Android or Huawei phone. Making my almost $1000 dollar watch, pretty much a waste of money. Unfortunately, I can’t return it. No return or exchange policy unless it’s damaged or defective. Which it’s not. The Huawei Health app for iOS is VERY limited. So my GT 3 Pro is limited. The Huawei Health app gives me notifications about things I don’t want, and can’t turn off. And sometimes I don’t even get notifications for some things I DO want to get notifications on. Like text messages.
In fairness, I was warned that Huawei wasn’t iPhone friendly. Some other watches and their corresponding apps weren’t completely iPhone friendly, but Huawei definitely takes the cake here. It seems to have gotten better. Some features that weren’t available for iPhone users just a couple of years ago, are now available. But not all. So Huawei is very slow to roll these out for iOS. And I’m doubting that some key features available on Android and Huawei phones, will ever be available for the iOS. You can find other petty good smartwatches out there, that work pretty well with iOS. My last Amazfit GTR worked pretty well. No issues. But it didn’t have oxygen monitoring, only 2 sensors, and connected to only 2 satellites for gps tracking on my runs, walks, and hikes. And it looked like a…well..a smartwatch. Plasticky, toy like. It’s still looked ok. But compared to the GT 3 Pro, it looks like a toy watch. But even at $200, it was waaaaaay cheaper than the GT 3 Pro
Huawei needs to up it’s support for iPhone users. I’m also going to add. Because this needs to be known. Huawei customer service is TERRIBLE. Even worse that their Health app. Lol. I’m a techie. I know my tech gadgets. I’m very well aware of how apps work. And I can comfortably say that Huawei customer services, knows very little about the products their supposed to be helping us out with. I’ve contacted them a few times already, looking to get info on certain features of the Health app. And the info they gave me, in the manner that they gave me, sounds like they are just reading off some sort of manual. When you try to get them to expand on an explanation, because what they’re saying is confusing. They will just repeat what they just said, word for word. Rendering them completely useless. What they are good for, is confirming basic info you already know. But just wanted to make sure. Lol. Buyer beware for iPhone users.
