This application is great for carrying all Management Tasks already do, which we are still to be made and we can not do because there are other preliminary tasks to perform before. Unlike traditional Administrators Agendas and is not necessary to access Our Tasks or by date or by time, which is critical for tasks that do not know exactly the day when we will not like that when.
Each Principal Task we can assign a detailed description and up to 20 Sub-Tasks . A Color System Tasks identified as TASKS NOT FULFILLED (Green without Tilde), FULFILLED (green) or BLOCKED (without Comply with Secondary Tasks in Red)
We can take Fast Notes with only 2 Click. These Notes assign Themselves a Name and are automatically Recorded as well.
NOTIFICATION: Notification Program Tasks and Sub-Tasks slopes appear automatically on your desktop in the Date and Time that you assign to them and replicates want.
We can assign each group that we consider necessary, a Personal Access Key 4 Díigitos to anyone accessing our Task Group.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Beyond the languages supported by the application, You can use the Application in any language you want, since all Content and Agenda Group Titles, the user type in their preferred language.
