### Bug Fixes
- **Portamento/Glide**: Fixed glide bug - now uses instant frequency changes when glide is off
- **Knob Initialization**: Fixed knob defaults loading - saved values now load correctly before configuring knobs
- **Knob Defaults**: All knobs now properly initialize to 12 o'clock position and sync audio params on startup
- **Glide Knob**: Corrected default value for Glide knob
- **Pitch Bend Stability**: Fixed pitch bend instability where accelerometer would incorrectly reset it to zero
- **Vertical Portamento**: Fixed vertical portamento behavior
### UI/UX Improvements
- **Octave Labels on Keys**: Added octave numbers to C keys (C1, C2, C3) with smaller subscript-style numbers for better visual reference
- **Trans/Octave Layout**: Swapped TRANS and OCTAVE button/label positions for improved ergonomics
- **Transposition Display**: Removed negative transposition numbers - instead of showing -1, the app now changes octave and displays 11
- **Label Updates**: Renamed "Strength" to "Sensitivity" for clarity
- **Updated Defaults**: Improved default values for transpose and scale settings
