- Part Exchange Appraisals: Sales+ integrates with BCA, Autoi and cap hpi for carrying out quick and easy vehicle appraisals.
- Customer Details: Display and edit customer details, including contact history, GDPR preferences, current and desired vehicle details, contact plans and CSI responses. Linking to the CRM module in Pinewood DMS to make customer communication and interaction even easier.
- Kiosk Mode: This password-protected view lets customers input their own sensitive financial details in a discreet manner, when capturing finance information.
- Multimedia: Create and send high quality personalised videos, with the ability to view all pictures and videos stored against vehicles.
- Paperless Process: Customers can sign test-drives and finance agreements in Sales+, all attaching to the customer record. Photos of any additional documents can be uploaded to the customer record, reducing the need for paper-based administrative work and document archiving.
