Welcome to the Hexplore It Companion App Beta. This initial release of the app is focused primarily on stat tracking and you should be able to use the app as a replacement for writing on the Hero Board for most situations. Hexplore It is a complex game, so there are still many rules and situations that we don't have implemented in the app, but we are actively working to provide support for more of these. Please feel free to share what you do and don't like about the app and be sure to point out any bugs that you encounter.
Our mission was to make a tool that makes playing Hexplore It frictionless. We've tried to provide convenience tools that can automate some of the more tedious parts of record keeping without creating situations that force you to follow the rules in a way that the dry erase board wouldn't. Thats why you will find things like a button that sells back your gear upgrades. We know the rules don't allow you to sell gear upgrades, but we also know that when you go shopping with a massive pile of gold you may need a convenient way to change your mind about what you have purchased while in town. This is all to say, just because you can do something in the app doesn't mean we are rewriting the rules for how to play Hexplore It, and on the flip side if you find some of our automation is causing you unnecessary frustration please let us know.

- This release adds custom playlists in the Jukebox. You can now save tracks to a playlist to get to the music you want faster. Customize the order of a playlist by long pressing on a track. We've also added 44 new tracks to accompany the upcoming release of Volume 5 and included ambient soundtracks to bring greater immersion to your table.
