Heart Points are a simple way to track your health. Our app helps you follow the World Health Organization (WHO) and American Heart Association guidelines to keep your heart strong.
WHY YOU NEED THIS:
To stay healthy, experts recommend reaching weekly goals based on how hard your heart works:
- Moderate Activity: 150 minutes per week (like a brisk walk where your heart pumps a bit faster).
- Vigorous Activity: 75 minutes per week (like running where your heart pumps much faster).
HOW IT WORKS:
The app automatically turns your effort into rewards based on your heart intensity:
- Brisk Walk: Your heart pumps faster, and you earn 1 Heart Point every minute.
- Running: Your heart pumps even faster, and you earn 2 Heart Points every minute.
