Taking your own notes by hand and spaced-repetition are the best way to learn new concepts, and with Feyn you can do just that. Open up a book on your iPad and comfortably draw your flashcards right there using your Apple Pencil in Feyn. The flashcards are phone-sized so that you can then take them on the go and comfortably review them on your iPhone! Their vertical shape also makes them easy to write while multi-tasking on your iPad, and perfect for learning languages written top to bottom like Japanese. If you don't feel like drawing, just type some text using your keyboard or drop images into your flashcards.
In this way, you *learn* on your iPad as you think of how to you summarize new concepts into flashcards, and *memorize* on your iPhone while you review them on the go!
Feyn is fully featured, you can share flashcard to study with your friends. Your flashcards will automatically synchronize between your devices using your iCloud drive. Feyn also supports iOS' Quick Note, Handoff, and keyboard input: type away on your iPad or on our macOS app!
Feyn uses spaced repetition to aid in learning. It will ask you to review flashcards depending on how well you recall them, flashcards you miss will be asked more often, and flashcards you get right less often. This way you minimize the total time you spend studying and maximize retention!
Feyn Pro ads some nice to have extra features like study charts, to see how well you're learning, and flashcard importing. All other features are free and unrestricted. We guarantee that you will always be able to have a complete study experience for free.
