Описание
Start a Posture Session and Posture Pal will keep track if your neck tilt and will alert you in the background.
Features:
- Set a daily goal and work on your posture every day
- Use timers to improve your posture for short periods of time (5 - 60 minutes)
- Works in the background
- Three different sensitivity levels
- Shortcut support
- View detailed information about your posture sessions, including average pitch, roll and yaw
Alerts
- Visual alerts when bad posture is detected
- Sound alerts when bad posture is detected
- Phone vibration alerts when bad posture is detected
- Receive notifications (also on your Apple Watch!) when bad posture is detected
- Lower the volume of your music when your posture is bad, and raise it back up again when you correct yourself
- Choose what sound alert you want to hear when bad posture is detected. More coming soon!
