- General
- Can now add custom skills and custom conditions to characters
- Can add custom “tracks” to characters for things like The Bends from Gradient Descent
- Ability to create multiple copies of a character at once, with the option to either automatically number the copies (e.g. Security Droid 1, Security Droid 2) or create random names for the copies.
- Added option in skill training dialog to gain skill outright. Useful for custom-made blank characters.
- Ability to add character’s skill to a ship stat check.
- Ability to roll a ship stat check for a ship that’s in your online session.
- Using the generic name rather than specific name of a weapon in character creation. SMG, rather than ARMA 29, as an example.
- Improved the vertical spacing of text in multiline text fields.
- Fixed issue where some items not listed in the store would be missing from character after character creation.
- New NPCs will default to having no image, rather than a random portrait.
- Added “Map Exchange” link to Official #companion-maps Discord channel.
- Fixed bug where deleting a copied character with a custom portrait will also remove the portrait from the original.
VTT
- Warden now has a “Default NPC Visibility” setting. Individual NPCs can now use the session default setting, and their visibility will change as the session default changes.
- Added “Automatically Admit Players” setting.
- Warden can now send credits to players in Online Session.
- Added new section to bottom navigation bar for maps. This will lead right to the current online session map for players in the session, making it take less taps to access.
- Fixed issue with “squishing” of cropped tokens.
- Ability to add and remove maps from online session via map list.
- Added indicator to map list tiles in map list when that map is currently being used in the online session.
- Maps page when accessed from sidebar will show the map of the online session for players.
- As warden, when map in online session is switched to player view, hide tokens in bottom left to prevent spoilers if presenting map to players.
- Ability to rename yourself as a player in a VTT. The Warden can rename any players.
Map Editor
- Added ability to undo and redo changes to a map via buttons or Ctrl-Z, Ctrl-Y/Ctrl-Shift-Z.
- Added true/false map editor setting for “Move children with parent”.
- Moved “New Routes Hidden” “New Areas Hidden” and “New Icons Hidden” settings out of the map editor settings dialog and into toggle button toolbars which are available when adding new map elements.
- Added configurable default settings for area thickness and border style when making new areas.
- Added configurable default route border style setting when making new routes.
- With the New Route tool selected and a route selected, tapping empty space will de-select the currently selected route.
- Made map area names multi-line, for those who like to add additional notes on maps
- Remember the last used tool for five seconds when swapping to player view then back to warden view.
- Fixed issue where moving the points of an in-progress route would not snap to grid.
- Fixed issue where the latest point in an in-progress route could not be moved.
- Fixed issue where route gradient could fade in the wrong direction in player view.
- Made areas with no border and no label have a feint border in Warden view so they don’t get lost.
- Standardized the length of a gradient of routes between a hidden element and a visible one. This will increase visibility of shorter routes, and reduce the visible length of long routes.
- Map icon list wider for non-online maps.
