SchedulerOne is a Windows desktop resource scheduling app that helps you plan people, rooms, equipment, inventory, and more in a clear, visual way. View multiple calendars side-by-side on parallel timelines, keep everything organized with resource folders and categories, and quickly find what you need with powerful filtering.

Key features
• Multi-resource scheduling: browse several resources at once and assign a single appointment to multiple resources when needed.
• Resource tree with folders: organize resources into folders, reorder them with drag & drop, and quickly show/hide groups.
• Multiple views: Day, Work Week, Week, Month, Timeline, Agenda, and List views.
• Recurring appointments: reliable daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly patterns.
• Labels, statuses, and “Done”: categorize items, track progress, and mark tasks as completed.
• Reminders & notifications: built-in reminders with optional popup notifications.
• Advanced filtering: filter by subject, location, description, label, status, and Done.
• Undo/Redo: revert changes across appointments, resources, labels, and statuses.
• Printing: print schedules in multiple layouts (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Timeline, Trifold).
• Import/Export: exchange calendar data via iCalendar (.ics) and Microsoft Outlook import/export.
Privacy & offline use
SchedulerOne works offline and stores your schedule locally on your PC. No sign-in required.
