BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Start in the comfort of your own home at our Beginner 1 Level and begin your pilates journey - no fancy props required!
TARGET, TONE, AND STRENGTHEN
Enjoy increased total body strength and flexibility. Improve balance and posture through exercises that strengthen the core and back. Sculpt gorgeous lean muscle and add definition to your arms, abs, butt, and legs through exercises that isolate and tone.
CHOOSE VOICES
Select your favorite instructor and be guided by a voice you love.
DYNAMIC CHANGING MUSIC
Pick the type of music you love, and we supply beats that support where you are in your pilates routine, whether you're warming up, building heat, or cooling down.
BOOST FEATURE
Select a primary and a secondary boost to focus your practice on specific muscle groups. Vary up your routine by rotating through them all.
LIKED AND EXCLUDED POSES
"Like" poses to increase the probability they will appear in your practice. "Dislike" poses and they will never appear in your practice.
TRANSITION SPEED
Design a pace that works for you by controlling the amount of time you'll move between one exercise and another.
HOLD LENGTHS AND REPS
Decide whether you'll move quickly through an exercise or stay awhile and feel the burn by varying the length of your static holds and number of reps.
COOLDOWN OPTIONS
Customize whether you'll sweat until the very end or finish off your practice with stretching and relaxation.
MULTIPLE LANGUAGES
In addition to our English speaking voices, all pilates practices are available in many other languages!
