    The Hydration tab has a brand-new glass bottle that fills as your day goes on, and logging a drink is now a single slide-and-tap - no presets to configure and no extra sheet to open.
    • A new History screen: page back through every month to your very first log, tap any day to see the drinks in it, and take in the whole year at a glance
    • Every day in the calendar is shaded by how close you came to your goal, so a month reads in a second
    • New insights that spot your patterns once there is enough data to say something real

    Trends that drill down

    The Trends tab now reads as one ladder: pick a year, pick a month inside it, then see that month’s weeks. Every step scopes the next, so the card at the bottom always reflects what you picked at the top. Shorter page, same information, and it opens on this week where you would expect it to.

    Steps by Hour is now a wave

    Your day is drawn as one continuous curve instead of a row of bars you had to scroll sideways through, so the shape of the day is the reading and you scrub for the numbers. It is used everywhere hourly steps appear - Home, Trends, and the weekly, monthly and yearly breakdowns.

    A home for your achievements

    Achievements now have a screen of their own: a completion ring, the badges you are closest to unlocking, lifetime stats and the full trophy case. Badge details show the number you actually reached, not just the target you had to clear.

    An evening reminder that knows what kind of day you are having

    One evening nudge, rewritten from your latest step count right up until it arrives, and quietly withheld once the day is as good as won. No more being reminded at 7 about a goal you hit at 5.

    12-hour or 24-hour, your call
    • Settings > Units & Formats now has a Time Format picker. Leave it on System to follow your phone, or set it just for Steply.

    On the Home screen
    • The comparison card shows yesterday and the same weekday last week right on Home
    • Activity Patterns shows the shape of your day, when it peaked and which stretch of it carried the steps
    • Unlock Treats shows the treat you are currently walking towards
    • Weight Management shows your weight, your target and the gap between them
