APPLE WATCH
A full companion app with the v3.3 reliability pass: a precision meditation timer that survives wrist-lowered, screen-locked, and backgrounded states using mindfulness extended runtime. Time-sensitive completion notifications + in-app haptics. User stop cancels pending alerts immediately; natural completion preserves the completion UI long enough for you to notice. Plus haptic-guided breathing and a dedicated Sleep mode.
CO-REGULATE
Meditate with someone nearby — no internet required. Two phones discover each other automatically and sync a shared timer using peer-to-peer connectivity. v3.3 adds wall-clock reconciliation across backgrounding so duration and group size always land correctly. Partner-aware, with three relationship modes (Spouse / Friend / Family) and HealthKit metadata.
MEDITATION
Set your timer from 1 to 120 minutes with optional interval bells. Choose from synthesized solfeggio frequency tones (174–963 Hz), ambient sounds, or silence. Follow one of 11 guided techniques:
