Aura Kinetic is your training operating system for running. From day one to the finish line.

Adaptive plans, GPS navigation on Apple Watch, training load analysis, voice coach, and full GPX, FIT and TCX file compatibility. Everything in one app, with a design that stays out of your way when you're running.

TRAINING OS — A plan that adapts to you
Build a plan towards your next 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Marathon. The Training OS generates a calendar with 10 different session types (intervals, tempo, long run, fartlek, hill repeats…) organized into four phases: BASE, BUILD, PEAK and TAPER.
The plan is not static. Skip days and it reorganizes. When your Readiness drops, it softens the next session. Train above target and it raises the volume. No input needed.

READINESS — Know when to push hard
Every morning, Aura calculates your Readiness Score (0–100) combining sleep, HRV, accumulated load and resting heart rate. Score of 85? Time for intervals. Score of 45? Easy run day. Simple.

APPLE WATCH — Autonomous GPS and map on your wrist
Leave your iPhone at home. Aura runs fully standalone on Apple Watch Series 4 and later, including Ultra. Six screen layouts during the run, structured blocks in real time and turn-by-turn map navigation. Back in Bluetooth range? Everything syncs automatically.

IMPORT YOUR FULL HISTORY
Been running with other apps or sports watches for years? You don't start from zero. Import your entire run history in one step from Apple Health: GPS routes, heart rate and times, no year limit. Import individual activities in GPX, FIT or TCX format too.

WORKOUT BUILDER
Design custom sessions with blocks: warmup, work, active rest, cooldown. Set each block by pace (min/km) or HR zone, with repetitions. Save your creations and share them as a .tak file (single workout) or .gak (full group).

MUSIC WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS
Control Apple Music and Spotify directly from the run screen. The voice coach lowers the volume when it speaks and restores it when done. No need to leave Aura, no need to touch your phone.

POST-RUN ANALYSIS
Kilometer splits, heart rate zone breakdown, per-block analysis and a Control Score measuring how long you stayed within your target pace or HR zone. Export any run in GPX, FIT or TCX to archive or share anywhere.

PERSONAL SEGMENTS
Define sections of your regular routes and race against your own times. Every run detects them automatically and updates your personal leaderboard.

SHOE MANAGER
Log your pairs, assign them to runs and get alerts when they approach their mileage limit.

SIRI SHORTCUTS & AUTOMATIONS
Start runs, check stats or launch today's session by voice or with custom automations in the iOS Shortcuts app.
