Heal was created by Multi Platinum, award winning songwriters and producers. This is a personalised music therapy app that uses popular music to create playlists that take you on an emotional journey to regulate the nervous system. Heal also provides a catalogue of original healing music and soundscapes, incorporating breathwork and visualisation practices to help you sleep better, improve HRV, anxiety and energy and reduces DNA damage by stimulating the Vagus nerve.
This is the perfect app for music lovers that don't want to change habits but do want to improve their well-being. Connect your Apple Music subscription and your Apple Watch or Airpod Pro 3’s to track how your autonomic nervous system is responding in real time.
Heal tracks live heart rate variability (HRV) a "gold standard" indicator for monitoring health, recovery and stress levels by offering valuable insight into the autonomic nervous system's function. Listening to Heal playlists and experiences can raise your HRV, reducing stress and chronic inflammation and improving sleep, overall health and longevity.
FEATURES
PERSONALISED HEALING PLAYLISTS: Using the clinically validated ‘Iso principle’ music playlists are curated around how you feel in the moment and how you want to feel. Playlists can take you on a journey from stressed or overwhelmed to calm and confident or from tired or sad to happy and energised. This is a new way to listen to your favorite artists and songs taking you on a healing journey to activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
BREATHWORK: Powerful practices created by our expert practitioners. Peer reviewed studies confirm breathwork can create quick shifts from fight or flight into rest and repair, activating vagal tone. Breathwork practices in Heal and the music that accompanies them has been created by the founding team exclusively for Heal. They have been designed with modern living in mind to create transformation and increases in HRV in just a few minutes. Whether you want to practice relaxing breath, conscious connected breath, or energising breathwork, the library of exclusive content has what you need.
PROGRAMS: Intentional programs to elevate HRV and cultivate a new mindset. These programs have been created as an easy to follow method for transformation. Whether that is activating inner power, reseting negative thought patterns, or establishing better sleep habits, these programs combine breathwork, visualisations and music for a complete experience.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: With your wearable, track your heart rate variability (HRV) during music experiences, visualisations and breathwork practices. Insights will show you exactly how your nervous system responded after your experience, showing how your HRV improved. Your progress and insights are built over time. You will see weekly average increases, how many minutes you’ve dedicated to your well-being and how many experiences you’ve completed. You can track what had the biggest impact on your nervous system and build a healing streak with consistent listening.
