SoFree helps you feel steadier fast with therapist-informed immersive bilateral stimulation (iBLS). It is a left-right rhythm using audio, visuals, and haptics that helps reduce stress and reset your nervous system. You do not have to believe in it for it to work. Simply start a two-minute session when stress spikes or when you want to feel more grounded.

What is Bilateral Stimulation?
BLS is a steady left to right pattern through sound, light, or taps that engages both sides of the brain in a balanced way. It has been used for decades as part of EMDR therapy, originating in 1987, and adapted here for everyday stress relief.
