جديد  Hear to Heal is a gentle emotional-wellness app created for the days when you don’t have the words, the energy, or the smile people expect from you. It’s for moments of anxiety, grief, numbness, or burnout—when even “self-care” feels like too much.

This audio-first space offers private emotional journaling, grounding, and quiet reflection without streaks, scores, or pressure. No goals. No productivity challenges. Just a soft place to land and be honest about what you’re carrying.

Use Hear to Heal when:
• Everything feels heavy or overwhelming
• You’re grieving and need space for what hurts
• Anxiety spikes and you need calming guidance
• You feel numb and don’t know what you feel

Subscription Information:
Hear to Heal offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock the full emotional journaling and guided healing experience.

Subscription Available:

* Annual Premium Plan

Premium Features (Subscription Required):
• Private emotional journaling and mood tracking
• Gentle guided audio for grounding and calm
• Compassionate prompts for grief, anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout (some features require subscription)
• Soothing, minimal interface with no likes or social pressure
• Encouraging reminders to reach out for extra support

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
