It centralizes information between management, administration, and musicians, helping structure the daily life of the ensemble: repertoire, events, calls, and actual roster.

Structure your ensemble

Create your ensemble as it exists in real life: sections, subsections, and instruments.
Invite members via a code and let them join and assign themselves to their role.

Manage your repertoire

Centralize all the works performed by your ensemble.
Add notes and shared resources accessible to all members.

Plan events

Create rehearsals and concerts with all relevant details: date, location, program, notes, and resources.

Calls can be targeted by section, subsection, or instrument.
Each musician has a personalized schedule based on their assignments.

Manage availability

Musicians can declare their unavailability directly in the app.
This information is instantly visible to management, providing a clear view of actual attendance.

Monitor attendance for each event: confirmed, unavailable, expected.
