HOW IT WORKS
Open the app, tap Start Cleaning, and begin swiping through your photos one by one. Each card shows a photo from your library. Swipe left (or tap the delete button) to remove it. Swipe right (or tap keep) to save it. That's it.
SMART CATEGORIES
Nova Clean automatically groups your photos into categories so you can target the biggest space wasters first:
• Screenshots — old screenshots cluttering your library
• Large Videos — videos taking up hundreds of megabytes
• Old Photos — photos older than a configurable threshold
• Similar Photos — near-duplicate shots you probably don't need
REAL-TIME STORAGE COUNTER
Watch your freed space grow in real time as you swipe. A live counter at the top of the screen ticks up with every deletion, with satisfying haptic feedback on each decision.
CLEANING SUMMARY
After each session, see a detailed recap: how much space you freed, how many items you deleted vs. kept, and a motivational message to keep going.
STORAGE DASHBOARD
The home screen shows a visual ring chart breaking down your photo library by category, along with quick stats on items to review and potential space savings.
CUSTOMIZABLE DETECTION
Fine-tune what Nova Clean flags for review. Adjust the size threshold for large videos, set how old a photo needs to be to qualify as "old," and toggle screenshot detection on or off.
PRIVACY FIRST
All photo analysis happens locally on your device. Nova Clean never uploads, shares, or accesses your photos remotely. Your library stays private.
DARK & LIGHT THEMES
Switch between a sleek dark mode and a clean light mode from Settings.
WEEKLY REMINDERS
Enable optional notifications to remind you to clean up your library once a week.
