COMPLETE BIRD RECORDS
Every bird gets a full profile: species, sex, age, weight history, unique marks (closed ring, split ring, microchip), location, and profile photo. Record lineage and build a visual family tree that links directly to parent birds in your collection.
LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE
Store Article 10 (A10) certificates with a full audit trail — replacements are tracked, nothing is ever deleted. CITES appendix and EU Annex information is shown automatically per species. Species-Plus API integration ensures ring type and registration requirements are correct for every species. Upload legal documents directly to a bird's record. Files can be marked inactive but are never deleted — your compliance history is preserved forever.
BREEDING PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
Create and manage breeding pairs with full lifecycle tracking. Record clutches from first lay to last hatch. Track every egg individually through laying, candling, fertility checks, heartbeat checks, pip checks, and hatch. Chick profiles are created automatically at hatch, linked to parents and clutch. Generation tracking (F0, F1, F2 and beyond) across your entire collection. Breeding statistics per bird — eggs laid, clutches, fertile rate, hatch rate, proven or unproven status.
HEALTH AND WEIGHT MONITORING
Log structured health checks and track weight trends over time with trajectory analysis to spot problems early. Schedule and manage drug treatments. Set health advisories that remain visible on the bird's profile until resolved. Run batch health checks across multiple birds at once.
INCUBATION MANAGEMENT
Track incubators and brooders as assets with calibration and cleaning schedules. Monitor eggs in incubation and receive calendar reminders for candling, checks, and expected hatch dates.
CALENDAR AND SCHEDULING
Schedule health checks, treatments, incubation events, and custom reminders. Events link directly to the bird or egg they relate to. Overdue tasks surface automatically so nothing slips through.
LOCATIONS AND AVIARIES
Create named locations such as aviaries, mews, and hack boxes. Assign and move birds between locations with a full movement history recorded at every step.
CONTACTS AND DOCUMENTS
Manage breeders, vets, and other contacts linked to your birds. Attach documents to any record — purchases, vet reports, import and export paperwork. Document history is permanent.
TEAM AND MULTI-USER SUPPORT
Invite team members with role-based permissions across Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, and Viewer levels. Full audit trail of who recorded what and when. Separate workspaces per organisation — your data stays yours.
