Rektor
Rektor is a management system designed specifically for contractors and service companies with 4–50 employees. Quoting, project planning, time tracking, and cost analysis — all connected in one system.

🔵 GPS-verified time tracking
Employees clock in and out through the app. GPS verification ensures that hours are only recorded when employees are on site. Just 15 minutes saved per employee per day adds up quickly. When an employee enters the area, they receive a notification to clock in. No manual setup required each time.

🔵 Employee privacy respected
No location outside the work area. Rektor only checks presence at the job location — nothing more.

🔵 Record progress
At the end of each work hour, employees record what they completed — how many units and what was done.

🔵 Photos and comments
Add photos and add comments to each work hour. Project documentation builds itself as the work progresses — no extra effort.

🔵 Request for absence
Employees apply for sick days and vacation directly in the app. No text messages or early morning calls — everything is tracked and recorded.

Available in Icelandic, English, Russian, Norwegian and Polish so everyone on the team can use the app in their own language.
