★ HOW IT WORKS
Take your blood pressure with your home cuff monitor (BP Daily does not measure BP through your phone), open the app, and log systolic, diastolic, and pulse. Get instant AHA color classification and view your trends on the History tab.

To measure your heart rate, tap the pulse button, place your fingertip over the rear camera and flash, and hold still for about 22 seconds. The app reads your pulse via photoplethysmography (PPG) — the same optical technique used by many fitness apps. It estimates heart rate only and does not measure blood pressure.

Hypotension: below 90 / 60 mmHg
Normal: 90–120 / 60–80 mmHg
Elevated: 121–129 / under 80 mmHg
Hypertension Stage 1: 130–139 / 80–89 mmHg
Hypertension Stage 2: 140+ / 90+ mmHg
Hypertensive Crisis: 180+ / 120+ mmHg

BP Daily is offline-first. No accounts, no sign-ups, no advertising trackers, no analytics, no cloud sync. Your readings stay on your device. The camera is used only for pulse measurement — nothing is recorded or shared.

★ SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
BP Daily Pro is an optional upgrade — the base app remains fully functional without subscribing. Monthly and yearly plans are available; prices in your local currency are shown in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel any time in your Google Play account settings.

BP Daily is a personal blood pressure diary and heart rate tracker. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for medical advice, and not intended for diagnosis or treatment. Blood pressure values must be entered manually from a separate home blood pressure monitor (cuff). The camera-based heart rate feature provides an estimate for personal tracking only.
