ALVA OBRAS is the complete application for managing construction projects. Developed by those who live the day-to-day reality of the construction site, the app brings together all the tools a manager, foreman, or master builder needs to maintain total control of their constructions.

ELECTRONIC TIME CLOCK WITH GPS
Record employee arrival and departure times with geolocation. Know exactly who is on the site, what time they arrived, and where they clocked in. Generate monthly time sheets in PDF format ready to send to HR or the client.

CONSTRUCTION DIARY
Record the daily progress of the work with employee attendance, equipment used, weather conditions, and photos. Everything documented and organized by date.

MEASUREMENTS AND CONTRACTORS
Control the measurements of services performed by contractors and employees. Assign specific services to each professional, record quantities, and generate PDFs with digital signatures for approval.

WORK ORDERS
Create and track work orders with description, responsible party, deadline, and status. Control the costs of each work order with detailed expense logging.

PROBLEMS
