This is a completely free matching app that makes running TCG exchange events and practice sessions easy.

Cadoba is a battle matching app that supports Gunslinger (free matching) and Swiss Draw formats for TCGs, including Pokémon TCG.

"Who will I play against?" and "What were the results?" are all solved in the app.
