TPH Khata - Business Ledger
TPH Khata - Business Ledger is a simple, reliable shop ledger and accounting app for small business owners. Replace paper khata with a clean digital system - track who owes you (credit), who paid (debit), supplier dues, and stock in one place.

Sign in is required to use the full app. Register with email/password or Google for live chat, admin notices, and Pro (Premium). Your khata works on your phone every day - automatic local backup included, optional server backup with Pro.

INTERNET, ACCOUNT AND BACKUP
- Internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi) required for sign-in, register, live chat, admin notices, and Pro payment.
- Included: unlimited khata on your phone - no daily limits on customer, supplier, or stock work.
- Included: automatic JSON backup (Downloads/TPHKhata) + manual export/import from Menu > Backup.
- Without Pro: signing in alone does NOT restore khata from the server - use phone backup or upgrade to Pro.
- Pro: khata auto-saves on our server while active - restore khata anytime on any phone after sign-in.
- Uninstall/clear data removes local khata unless you kept JSON or have Pro server backup.

PRO (PREMIUM - SERVER BACKUP)
- All included features, plus server backup and restore anytime on any phone.
- Pay via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or methods shown in app; activates after admin approval.
- See days remaining; renew before expiry to keep server backup.
- Optional one-time trial for Pro server backup (when available for your account).

YOUR DATA
- Khata (businesses, customers, suppliers, stock, transactions) stored on device for daily use.
- Without Pro: phone storage + local JSON backup. With Pro: phone + server backup while active.
- JSON export/import anytime. Automatic backup to Downloads/TPHKhata on schedule.
