Keiko Spinner
Keiko Spinner builds Shotokan training programs for you.

Pick a duration. Choose which optional blocks to include. Tap Generate.
The app composes a routine from a built-in Shotokan content library —
warm-up, kihon (basics), kumite drills, kata (forms), and conditioning
— and arranges them into a session you can teach or train through.

Designed for sensei planning lessons, but useful for solo practice
when you don't want to spend the time deciding what to drill today.

What you can do
• Generate a routine for 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes
• Toggle optional blocks (kumite, conditioning) per routine
• Reorder blocks by tapping up/down arrows
• Re-spin a single section without redoing the whole routine
• Drop a section you don't want
• Save a routine for a future class with a target date
• Browse upcoming and past routines from a calendar or list view
• Mark a routine as completed when you're done teaching or training
• Add an optional nickname to a routine for quick identification

What's in the content library
• 27 traditional Shotokan kata, with romaji and Japanese names
• A standard set of kihon: stances, blocks, strikes, kicks, and common
combinations from the JKA syllabus

Privacy
Keiko Spinner does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
There are no user accounts. No analytics. No crash-reporting cloud.
