NADZOR - DWG Viewer & Predmer
NADZOR is a professional mobile tool for civil engineers, inspectors and contractors. Open a DWG drawing on your phone, measure a room, create a bill of materials and generate a legally valid inspection report — all without the Internet.

WHY NADZOR?

The only application on the market that combines a DWG viewer, precise measurement with snap, automatic room detection and a legally valid inspection report — all in one application, in Serbian, completely offline.

FEATURES:

▸ DWG/DXF/PDF viewer
Open any drawing directly on your phone. Pan, zoom, layer control, automatic fit. Works offline after the first processing.

▸ Precise measurement with Snap
Length, area and angle with automatic snap to the geometry of the drawing. Endpoint, center, intersection, midpoint — the snap engine captures everything.

▸ Automatic room detection
Tap inside the room and get the area in m². SUPERVISION closes openings (doors, windows) and calculates the exact area. Works on complex apartments.

▸ Material quantity from drawings
Get a complete quantity from detected rooms: plaster, putty, paint, ceramics, laminate, apron. Adjust the distribution by material. Excel export ready for sending.

▸ Photo defect tracker
Take a picture of a defect on the construction site, pin it to the drawing, assign a category, severity and deadline. Automatic PDF report for the contractor with a timestamp watermark.

▸ Legally valid inspection report
Digital report with GPS location, SHA-256 cryptographic hash, QR code for authenticity verification and on-screen signature. Legally valid PDF for archiving and submission.

▸ Material calculator by room
Floor, walls, ceiling — calculate by room type (bathroom, kitchen, room, hallway). Wall height, number of doors/windows, spread percentage. Adjustable coefficients.

▸ Voice memo
Record an audio note directly on the drawing while walking around the construction site. Tap on the pin — listen in real time.

▸ QR for craftsmen
Cut out a part of the drawing, generate a QR code. The craftsman scans it with his phone and sees exactly that detail — without AutoCAD, without email.

▸ Compare revisions
Load the old and new version of the drawing — SUPERVISION shows what has changed. Red = deleted, green = added.

▸ Weather alarm
Three-day forecast for the construction site location. Warning before rain interrupts concreting.

▸ Excel export
Quotation, materials, measurements, defects — all in professional Excel format. Ready to send to the client.

WORKS OFFLINE
All functions work without an internet connection. Data is stored locally on the device — no cloud, no tracking.

MULTIPLE LANGUAGES
The application is available in Serbian (Latin) and English. Automatic detection of the phone language.
