When a guest or system event requires immediate attention, Vouch Alarm ensures the right staff member is notified instantly — whether their phone is in their pocket, on a table, or the screen is locked.
HOW IT WORKS
Once paired with your Vouch account by scanning a QR code, the app listens for alarm triggers sent remotely by your Vouch system. When triggered, the app rings immediately with a full-screen alert that wakes the screen, even from a locked state.
