LandLordSnap is the simple property management app built for private landlords with 1 to 5 properties.

If you own a rental property you already know the hassle. Chasing rent payments, keeping on top of maintenance issues, remembering when the gas safety certificate expires, storing tenancy agreements somewhere you can actually find them. Most landlord apps are built for letting agencies and priced to match. LandLordSnap is built for you.

TRACK RENT PAYMENTS

See at a glance which properties have paid and which are overdue. Mark rent as paid with a single tap. Get alerted automatically when rent is 3 days late so you never have to count back through your calendar again.

LOG MAINTENANCE ISSUES

Log repairs and maintenance issues against any property the moment they happen. Add photos, track the status from reported through to resolved, and keep a record of who did the work and what it cost. No more trying to remember when that boiler was last serviced.
