Recording videos for a long time meant watching the battery disappear faster than I wanted.
Replacing the battery or buying a new phone wasn't always an option.
So I built LBC.
LBC started with a simple question:
What if an older phone could still be a great camera, even when its battery isn't what it used to be?
Built for Older Android Phones
LBC is a camera built with older Android phones in mind.
Older phones can still be useful, even when their batteries have degraded and newer apps feel increasingly demanding.
LBC focuses on doing one thing well: helping you capture photos and videos while using less battery.
It's made for long recording sessions, travel, events, outdoor moments, and those times when you don't have a charger nearby.
Choose your recording quality, use the volume buttons to capture, dim the screen when you need to, and keep the experience simple.
If you have a newer Android phone, you're welcome to use LBC too. But older phones are where LBC really belongs.
HipHop
HipHop connect LBC Android to LBC iOS over your local network. Scan a QR code or enter the IP address to transfer photos and videos directly, without the internet.
Turn Off the Lights
There's a simple habit we have at home:
When we leave the house, we turn off the lights we don't need.
It saves electricity. And if we're not using the light, why keep it on?
I thought the same thing about the phone screen.
When you're recording for a long time, you don't always need the screen to stay bright. The camera can keep recording even when you don't need the display lighting up the whole time.
That's why LBC has the Moon button.
Tap it when you want to turn down the screen while continuing to record.
It's a small feature, but it's part of the idea behind LBC:
Use what you need. Turn off what you don't.
Capture More. Use Less.

Subscription
LBC Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription. Available plans and pricing vary by country or region and are shown in Google Play before purchase.
Payment is charged through your Google Play account at confirmation. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account's subscription settings.

Battery usage varies depending on your phone model, battery health, settings, recording quality, and usage.
We cannot guarantee that recordings will be saved in the event of a crash, critically low battery, or force quit.
Battery performance can vary significantly between devices. LBC is designed with battery-conscious recording in mind, but actual results will depend on your device and how you use it.
