The Qualifaz Waiter app was developed to streamline service in bars, restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias, burger joints, coffee shops, and other food service establishments.
With it, waiters can place orders directly from their cell phones or tablets, sending the information to the kitchen, bar, or responsible department quickly, practically, and in an organized manner. This reduces errors, avoids rework, and improves the customer experience.
The app is integrated with the Qualifaz management system, allowing orders placed at tables to be registered more quickly and securely.
