Q: Which devices are supported?
A: Pre-configured profiles for Ruizu (C1, C3, X02, A50, X66), Benjie (M10, X5),

Q: Can I add my own custom device?
A: Not yet. Use the closest generic profile that matches your screen size and container format (AMV or AVI).
Q: Does it work offline?
A: Yes! Everything runs on your device. No internet required.
Q: Where are converted files saved?
A: Files are saved to your Downloads folder on your device.
Q: Why does conversion take so long?
A: Small-screen players need specially encoded files at low bitrates. Encoding takes time but produces smaller files your player can actually handle.
Q: Can I convert music files?
A: Yes — you can convert audio files (M4A, WAV, AAC) to MP3 for your player.
Q: What's the difference between Letterbox, Crop, and Stretch?
A: Letterbox adds black bars to keep the full image. Crop fills the screen but may cut edges. Stretch fills the screen but distorts the image.
Q: Does the app collect any data?
A: No. RetroMedia is 100% offline with no data collection.
