Designed exclusively for use with Beacon hosted voice services, this app transforms your iPhone into a full-featured business phone extension.
Make and receive calls using your business number with HD audio quality. Visual voicemail lets you see, play and manage messages at a glance without dialling in. Handle multiple concurrent calls with full line support, and keep track of your communications with call history synchronised across your phone system. Your device contacts are available for quick dialling, and you can transfer calls, place callers on hold, and set up conferences just as you would from your desk phone. Push notifications ensure you never miss an incoming call.
Beacon Softphone requires an active Beacon hosted voice account. Contact your system administrator or visit our website to learn more about Beacon business phone services.
