GUIDED MEDITATION FOR KIDS
Whether your child needs help waking up gently in the morning, winding
down before bed, or finding calm in an anxious moment, Hush has a session
for it. Choose from eight environment themes including Morning Wake-Up,
Bedtime Wind-Down, Ocean, Rainforest, and Stargazing. Select how your
child is feeling and let Hush do the rest.
PERSONALISED VOICE AND NARRATION
Pick a male or female narrator. Choose from American, British, Australian,
or Indian English accents. Adjust the speed and pitch until it feels just
right. Your preferences are saved so every session sounds exactly the way
your child likes it.
SLEEP STORIES
Wind down with personalised bedtime stories across four themes: forest
adventure, underwater kingdom, cloud village, and starship journey.
Stories are narrated in the same personalised voice your child already
knows, making bedtime smoother for the whole family.
SOS MODE
When your child is overwhelmed, there is no time to set up a session.
SOS Mode launches a 2-minute instant calm session in under 3 seconds.
No choices, no setup, just immediate calm.
QUICK CALM BREATHING
A 60-second breathing exercise that works without an internet connection.
Gentle on-screen cues and optional haptic feedback guide your child
through each breath.

Hush adapts its language and imagery to three age groups: 4 to 7, 8 to
11, and 12 to 16. Younger children get simple words and animal imagery.
