新  Draft. Position. Automate.Welcome to a lightweight, decision-driven turn-based strategy game where positioning is everything. Inspired by the fast-paced nature of auto-battlers, this prototype adapts tactical grid combat into a simplified, chess-like system that tests your drafting and tactical skills against an AI opponent. 🃏 The Mirrored Draft PhaseThe battle begins before you even step onto the grid. Participate in 4 rounds of simultaneous drafting where both you and your opponent choose from the exact same randomly generated sets of cards. Will you pick single powerful units or multiple copies to flood the field? Your choices completely dictate your final team size, meaning you could head into battle with 4 heroes, 6 heroes, or a massive squad of 10! ♟️ Grid Positioning & Stacking MechanicsDeploy your drafted forces onto a $5\times10$ battlefield. Manually place your units in your starting zone, keeping the core stacking mechanic in mind: you can place up to 2 heroes on a single tile. Stacked units move together at the speed of the fastest unit and launch separate attacks, giving you high concentrated power at the risk of being vulnerable to Area-of-Effect (AoE) damage. ⚔️ Turn-Based Automatic CombatTake turns selecting tiles and moving your units across the board based on their unique movement speeds and restrictions. You don't target attacks manually—once your movement phase ends, your units automatically execute their combat actions based on their positioning and range. Control shifts sequentially, meaning only the active player attacks on their turn, providing clear turn ownership and high tactical depth. 🛡️ Meet Your RosterGoose: A fast attacker with high movement capabilities to quickly close the gap. Knight: Your high-HP frontline tank built to absorb damage and hold the line. Cupid (Archer): A dedicated ranged DPS unit capable of throwing straight or diagonal arrow attacks from a distance. TNT: A unique area-control unit that does not attack automatically. Spend your turn action to manually activate its fuse and detonate it for massive burst damage in a 1-tile radius. 💰 Defeat, Earn, and ConquerEliminate all enemy units to claim victory. Defeating enemy heroes rewards you with 10 coins, and winning the entire match secures a 100-coin bonus. Use your earnings outside of the match to invest in optional meta-progression, giving your heroes permanent $+5\%$ health and $+5\%$ damage upgrades to tackle greater challenges.
